MOLDMAKING — MoldMaking

From small silicone molds to larger, layered foam molds, we make and use molds to create and duplicate almost any object.

Custom lighting — RGB or otherwise — is added into products as an accent or as the main focus.

Resin Hand Casting — Resin Casting

Epoxy resin is utilized in our silicone molds to create custom castings of all kinds of objects.

FIberglass and epoxy resin methods are used for standalone sculpture-style fixtures.

We are confident in sourcing and using new and uncommon materials to get exactly the look and style you desire for your product.

Foam Sculpting — FOAM SCULPTING

HDU (High Density Urethane) foam is used to create large sculpture pieces, as well as for dimensional letters and logos.

Intricate Custom Design — Intricate Design

We take the time to be properly creative.

CNC ROUTER

Our CNC router is capable of cutting and engraving a plethora of different materials and can be used to provide a large variety of results.

Aluminum Engraving — Aluminum

From breathtaking wall art to classy signage, this material is always impresive. Sheet aluminum can be engraved and cut to shape.

Acrylic CNC Engraved Topographic Map — Acrylic

Cast and extruded acrylic sheets can be engraved and cut to shape. Different colors and thicknesses are available up to 1”.

CNC High Density Foam — High Density FOAM

Thick sheets of foam can be milled into block shapes or into parts for moldmaking.

CNC MDF — MDF

1/8” to 2” sheets can be engraved and cut to shape. Additional colors beyond tan are occasionally available.

CNC Plywood Parts — Plywood

The base for many build projects. Can be engraved and cut to shape.

CNC Corian — Solid Surface

Although widely used for countertops, solid surface materials have properties that make them a perfect choice for other creative projects. Can be engraved and cut to shape.

CNC Mitered Hardwood — HARDWOOD

Any variety of hardwood can be engraved or cut to shape. Perfect for permanent signage.

TEMPLATES

Thin sheets of MDF can be cut into templates for hanging signs and wall art or for any other material location application.

Laser Services — LASER CUTTER & ENGRAVER

Our 80W CO2 laser machine works on a multitude of materials, producing high precision parts to meet your needs.

Lasercut Wood — Wood

Oak, maple, bamboo… you name it. Any thickness can be engraved, and thinner sheets can be cut.

Laser Engraved Glass — Glass

Glass panels can be engraved, but not cut.

Rowmark Lasercut — Rowmark

This faux-metal material can be engraved to reveal black underneath. Available in many metal styles. Can also be cut to any shape.

Acrylic

Thin plastic sheets available in almost any color or opacity can be engraved and cut up to 1/2” thick.

Felt

Any color or thickness felt can be engraved and cut.

Etched and Lasercut Leather — Leather

Leather in any color variety can be engraved or cut.

Laser Engraved Mirror Acrylic — MIrror Acrylic

A special variety of acrylic with a mirror backside can be engraved and cut to any shape.

Stone

Tile and stone varieties of many kinds can be engraved, but not cut.

Standard five-sided boxes and cabinets are a piece of cake for our team.

High-end detail work is done in conjunction with hardwood furniture and other upscale projects when called upon.
